Tekserve recently ran a promotion for $199 for any memory upgrade – and they promised to max out your computer’s RAM!  The most expensive memory upgrade in the real world was $69, leaving them $131 for the 5 minutes it took to put the memory upgrade in your computer.  That works out to an hourly rate of $1,572.  I charge about 96% less. Now I do have a 1 hour minimum charge for service, but how about you make a list of things you have questions about and we spend the other 55 minutes trying to figure out why that scanner acts weird or getting you a template set up in Word so...
