[...] I’ve been mail merging since 1988. It’s not even about knowing how to mail merge, and it’s not about having the skill set required to execute a mail merge. It’s about having a component in your moral compass that compels you to check your work, because sending an email out like this is embarrassing and only cements your rating of worst webhosting company ever.
It is ultra sad, I have had clear for over 2 years from when they got to the Portland area. They are (or i should say were) awesome, the customer support was american, nice people, who if you said hey i need help they would stay on the phone till they got it done, never once transferring you. I even called in a few times and got literally the guys who code the system to help me with drivers and such and make me a set of drivers custom. I mean a really honest company....

NOW is a different story, I know exactly what happened to you, they began this system of 30gb cap on the unlimited plan. Basically what this means is if you exceed your quota (30gb/month) or I would imagine. 10gb/week you get put on a "system control" which means less then 1mbps speeds.

Now this is fine and dandy if I were the kid that downloads every movie, or sharing my internet with my 100 closest friends in the apartments. But they also admit that NETFLIX requires and average of 1gb/hr of data, which comes to one person watching one TV show a day will max your internet out. This means Clear is not for any kind of streaming service, just check your e-mail and thats it on clear.

My business too came to a halt for the second Monday morning in a row. The Endicia website is down again and here I am unable to process weekend orders... again! Being a Mac office, we have no other choice than to use Endicia, so we can certainly relate to your situation in this respect. The past three years, Endicia has been good to us for the most part, but our patience is running very thin with the recent troubles. Hopefully something better will come along soon. Best of luck.

True there is no performance difference between cheap & expensive cables, but there are different HDMI versions to consider that do affect the cost. Specification version 1.4, released 04/2010, "features key enhancements for 3D applications including the addition of mandatory 3D formats for broadcast content as well as the addition of the 3D format referred to as Top-and-Bottom", and are a bit more expensive than their v 1.2 & 1.4 siblings. Head over to hdmi.org for all the details.
